Covid-19 hygiene considerations are our absolute priority. The chalet has been unoccupied since 22 March and Covid-free prior to that. The chalet has been prepared for guests according to all new regulations and guidelines.

If you are seeking an escape from the summer heat to a quiet open location, Montroc is ideal. At the top end of the Chammonix Valley with expansive views and plenty of open space to walk, relax and recoup, Chalet-avec-Vue offers the perfect accommodation for doing just that.

With the advent of Covid-19 and hygiene considerations an absolute priority, we have accordingly revised our processes and adapted the way we now offer our chalet for rent.
For this entire summer season, it is only available for rent to a family or one single group – with the possibility to extend into September/October. The minimum rental period is 4 weeks.

The chalet has been unoccupied since 22 March and Covid-free prior to that. The chalet has been prepared for guests according to all new regulations and guidelines.

The cost of rental is dependant on duration and the number in your group. Please get in touch to discuss your accommodation requirements.

Montroc is a very quiet and peaceful village. Facing south - very sunny, at 1380m (4530 ft) altitude, frequently above the clouds of the lower valley.
The chalet is part of 18 adjoining chalets (divided in 4 buildings), called the “Clos du Chaleyre”. The parking is underground and secure (with private ski-locker).
The accommodation is situated in a spacious meadow where children can play in the summer and build igloos in the winter.

If you are a large party, there are more chalets for rent in the same location.

EXTRAS
On the day of your arrival, you receive the “Valley-of-Chamonix GUEST CARD” which is provided free of charge, enabling you to travel for FREE on public transport: Chamonix-Bus and the Railway (between the stations of Servoz and Vallorcine).

The GUEST CARD gives you also other advantages & price reductions.
A leaflet describing all the advantages will be handed to you at your arrival.
